Supervisor - Dispatching presso Glencore

Leads and Manages the Lubricants Warehousing & Distribution functions in the Durban Lubricants Plant which includes direct functional management and accountability of the warehousing and distribution operations.

Professional Qualification and Certifications:

•         3 year Tertiary Education in Logistics, Warehousing, Operations Management

Work Experience:

• 3-5 years experience in dispatching/warehousing operations

• Must have good knowledge of Distribution Resource Planning.

• Familiar with Export regulations & trade agreements  

Knowledge and skills:

•         Knowledge of Microsoft Packages as well as SAP

•         Supervisory Skills

•         Planning and Aligning

•         Plant Operation and equipment

•         Business Acumen

•         Analytical thinking and problem solving
