Core Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of every stage of order processing, such as receiving orders, categorizing them, prioritizing tasks, establishing delivery schedules, and relaying delivery instructions.
Collaborate with the Distribution team to ensure successful shipment execution.
Maintain effective communication with cross-functional partners (Sales, Logistics, Allocation) to accurately interpret and carry out orders.
Conduct regular meetings with the Sales team to supervise program orders and ensure successful execution.
Exhibit a strong customer service demeanor.

The LATAM Market Operations team plays a key role in developing demand plans, handling customer inventory, and coordinating order management activities to achieve our commercial goals.
Order management is responsible for the entire customer order process. The Junior Order Management Specialist aids in the execution of orders by collaborating with various departments and ensuring all components are successfully run.
Do you have what it takes?
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
Proficient in English, with strong written and oral communication skills.
Proficient in digital tools such as SAP and Microsoft Excel.
Experience in customer service.
Strong ability to pay attention to detail and maintain organization.
Familiarity with Tableau and Power BI is a plus.
