• Responsibilities: As a Test Automation Lead, you will be responsible for leading the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function. Your day-to-day activities will involve implementing quality processes, tools, and methodologies to significantly improve control, accuracy, and integrity. You will also be expected to evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches through automation and innovative testing products and solutions. As an SME, you will collaborate and manage the team to perform, make team decisions, and engage with multiple teams to contribute on key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Expertise in Automated Testing is required, along with Advanced proficiency in Test Execution and Management, Test Automation Strategy, and Test Automation Framework.

• •              Develop and implement a comprehensive test automation strategy

  •              Lead the design and development of test automation frameworks

  •              Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize test automation needs

  •              Mentor and guide team members in test automation best practices

  •              Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in test automation
