We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Mortgage Sales professional to join our team. In this role, you will build and nurture relationships with prospective clients, helping them understand mortgage products and guiding them through the application process. The goal is to boost the company's lead conversion rate and ensure faster client handling, and to increase conversion from the leads.

Key responsibilities:
Generate leads, identify potential clients, and provide consultation on mortgage loan products
Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to promote mortgage offerings
Build, manage, and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle
Understand clients’ financial needs and recommend suitable financing options
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth mortgage application processing
Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
Stay updated on market trends, basic mortgage product knowledge, and interest rates
Is this you?
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or telesales, preferably within financial services or property-related industries
Strong sales acumen and communication skills, with proven ability to build rapport and close deals (mandatory)
Knowledge of mortgage products, interest rates, and financing processes is a plus
Proactive, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Ability to multitask, handle objections, and maintain a high level of customer service
