Job Description:As an Intermediate Environmental Professional, you will collaborate with clients and staff to design work plans, coordinate subcontractors, lead fieldwork and support project managers with program execution. You will have 5+ years of relevant consulting experience, particularly in the upstream Oil and Gas sector across Alberta and Saskatchewan and a diploma or degree in environmental science or a related field. This role involves travel for field-based projects.
What would you be doing?
- Proven experience leading, coordinating and executing assessment and remediation programs, including Phase 1 and 2 ESAs, and remediation across Alberta and Saskatchewan.
- Experience coordinating and executing reclamation programs across Alberta and Saskatchewan considered an asset (surface reclamation and DSAs).
- Strong skills in cost tracking, scheduling and coordinating projects.
- Technical reporting experience for Alberta and Saskatchewan, including Phase 1 and 2 ESAs, remediation reports and DSAs.
- Ability to implement and adhere to corporate and client safety programs.
- Effective organizational skills to ensure timely and successful completion of project requirements.

- Diploma or degree in environmental science/engineering or a related field, with a valid Class 5 Driver's License.
- Holds or eligibility to obtain professional designation in a relevant professional designation (ex. PAg, P.Geo., P.Eng. or equivalent) in one or both provinces.
- Strong knowledge of Alberta and Saskatchewan contaminated environmental regulation and environmental regulations, with proven field skills in soil characterization, and sampling.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and collaborate across organizations.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments while prioritizing and adapting to changing work demands.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, proactive initiative, and a demonstrated capacity to build relationships and work effectively within diverse teams.
This position has been identified as a safety-sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
