This role in summary

We are looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to strengthen the robustness and accuracy of final performance testingin products  for LAR projects, assuring proper Test Coverage in accordance with the Internal and External Failures. Develop electronics and electromechanical components appropriate testing for Washers, Freestanding Ranges, Ovens and Cooktops. This role will focus on expanding test coverage, improving defect detection, and increasing correlation between internal metrics (FPY, Quality audit) and field performance indicators.

Your responsibilities will include

• Improve and automate final performance testing systems;
• Increase detection accuracy and robustness of test coverage;
• Correlate internal quality data with external field indicators;
• Identify gaps and implement corrective actions to reduce escapes;
• Partner with Manufacturing, GPO, and Global Quality to align testing strategies;
• Lead initiatives with new sensors, automation tools, and digital solutions.

Minimum requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics, or related);
• Solid experience in industrial automation applied to testing/quality or electrical systems;
• Advanced English;
• CREA;
• Strong bias for action.

Preferred skills and experiences

• Master’s degree or Quality certifications (Six Sigma, FMEA, DOE);
• Experience in home appliances or durable goods;
• Knowledge of PLCs, instrumentation, sensors, and test automation;
• Data analysis skills for quality and performance testing.

Additional information

This position is located at Rio Claro, about 02 hours away from São Paulo in an important industrial center of the state.
At this plant is located the production of Washing-Machines, Stoves, Ovens and Cooktops, also located here is the Dish and Washing Machines Tecnology Center and the Finished Products Distribution Center.
