As an Electrician, you’ll play a key role in supporting both overhead and underground distribution projects across Western Australia. Working closely with Cable Jointers and Lineworkers, you’ll contribute to customer connections, infrastructure upgrades, and network resilience initiatives, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with network upgrade projects, including reconductoring and transformer replacements
- Contribute to network resilience efforts, particularly in regional areas
- Support overhead and underground distribution works across various sites
- Deliver customer connection projects, including pole replacements, underground cable jointing and connections, transformer and switchgear installations, and meter setups
- Participate in streetlight installation and upgrade projects
- Collaborate with Cable Jointers and Lineworkers to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery
- Maintain safety, quality, and compliance across all field operations

What we’re looking for:
We’re seeking skilled and safety-focused Electricians who bring experience, qualifications, and a great attitude to the team, as well as:
- WA Electrical Licence or a recognised equivalent
- Proven experience in civil electrical work, particularly near powerlines, including maintenance and upgrade activities
- Hands-on experience in underground cable laying, jointing, and testing
- Current driver’s licence: MR class is highly desirable
- Elevated Work Platform and High-Risk Work Licences - DG, LF, CV or higher
