What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose & troubleshoot issues with electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment in top shape
• Respond to service requests & emergencies efficiently and professionally
• Work with vendors & contractors for specialized repairs and installations
• General upkeep – painting, minor repairs, groundskeeping, and more
• Track work orders using a company-provided tablet

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 years of experience in general maintenance or a related field
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve independently
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office experience a plus)
• Valid driver’s license & proof of insurance
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in various external conditions (year round seasons)

Work Environment & Expectations:

• Travel required across Tulsa and nearby areas (company vehicle provided!)
• Work may involve exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and dust
• Occasional on-call availability for emergency repairs
• Responsible for vehicle security and maintenance checks
