The Opportunity
Contract Hardware Product Manager – Euna Kiosks
This is a contract position (6-12 months) responsible for guiding the hardware roadmap, vendor relationships, and operational excellence of the Euna Kiosks line.
The Euna Payments platform provides a unified, secure, and omnichannel payments experience—including self-service kiosks that help communities modernize in-person payments. As we continue to expand our kiosk footprint, we are seeking a contract Hardware Product Manager to help lead strategy, integration, and execution for the next generation of Euna Kiosks.
The Contract Hardware Product Manager will partner with Euna’s software product, payments, and operations teams to define and manage hardware capabilities, oversee vendor deliverables, and ensure successful deployment and maintenance of kiosk solutions in the field.
The ideal candidate combines experience in hardware lifecycle management and SaaS product integration with a passion for delivering secure, citizen-friendly payment experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Product & Roadmap Ownership
- Define and maintain the hardware roadmap for Euna Kiosks, aligning with Payments platform strategy and customer needs.
- Manage the full lifecycle from concept and prototype to field deployment and maintenance.
- Collaborate with internal software product teams to ensure hardware/software integration supports payment workflows and reporting.
- Identify and prioritize enhancements for reliability, manufacturability, and cost efficiency.
Hardware Development & Vendor Management
- Act as the primary liaison with hardware vendors, OEMs, and manufacturing partners.
- Oversee hardware specification updates, component selection, and certification (PCI, ADA, EMV, UL, FCC).
- Evaluate and manage vendor SLAs, quality metrics, and delivery timelines.
- Support sourcing and cost negotiations in collaboration with Euna’s procurement and finance teams.
Operations & Deployment
- Work closely with Operations and Support teams to define installation, configuration, and service procedures.
- Help establish field performance metrics and reporting (uptime, MTBF, defect rate, etc.).
- Coordinate firmware updates, testing cycles, and field issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance and risk management requirements are met across all deployments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product Managers and Technical Writers to maintain documentation, release notes, and internal support resources.
- Provide roadmap visibility to Sales and Customer Success to enable effective customer communication.
- Support pilot programs and deployments with government or utility customers.
Required Qualifications (Must-Have)
- 7+ years of experience in hardware product management, program management, or related fields.
- Proven track record managing hardware devices such as kiosks, POS systems, payment terminals, or IoT devices.
- Strong understanding of payment hardware ecosystems (printers, card readers, recyclers, peripherals).
- Experience managing hardware vendors and manufacturing partners through the design-to-delivery lifecycle.
- Knowledge of compliance standards: PCI, ADA, EMV, UL, FCC.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate autonomously and deliver within fixed project timelines.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
- Experience in government, public-sector, or utility environments.
- Familiarity with kiosk management software, telemetry systems, or IoT platforms.
- Experience integrating hardware with SaaS or payments software.
- Background in logistics, fulfillment, or field service operations.
