We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Food Truck Manager to oversee the daily operations of our food truck. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, strong leadership skills, and a knack for providing exceptional customer service. You will manage the team, ensure smooth operations, and contribute to the overall growth of our brand.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**


  • **MUST BE ABLE TO OPERATE AND DRIVE OUR FOOD TRUCK TO AND FROM DIFFERENT DESTINATIONS**
  • **Operational Management:** Oversee daily food truck operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service.
  • **Team Leadership:** Train, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high food quality standards.
  • **Inventory Control:** Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper food storage and handling procedures are followed.
  • **Customer Service:** Engage with customers, handle inquiries and complaints, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • **Financial Management:** Monitor sales, manage cash flow, and assist with budgeting and financial reporting.
  • **Marketing & Promotions:** Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers and promote special events or menu items.
  • **Compliance:** Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
  • **Event Coordination:** Coordinate logistics for events, festivals, and catering opportunities.

 

**Qualifications:**

 

  • Proven experience in food service management, preferably in a food truck or mobile food environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and financial reporting.
  • Passion for food and a creative mindset.
