The Opportunity
Make a real difference in addiction recovery at CMC:Berkshires, our 15-bed residential treatment center nestled on 200 acres in the beautiful Berkshire Mountains. For over 10 years, CMC has been transforming lives through compassionate, evidence-based treatment – and we're looking for dedicated weekend team members to join our mission.
About the Role
We are seeking Overnight Recovery Specialists (RS) to join our dedicated residential team. This is an incredible opportunity for responsible, steady, and compassionate individuals who want to make a difference. The overnight team ensures a safe, calm, and supportive environment for clients while maintaining smooth program operations through the night. You’ll be part of a collaborative, evidence-based treatment setting that values respect, teamwork, and kindness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive, professional support and safety
- Conduct rounds, documentation, and ensure facility security
- Assist with early morning routines and shift transitions
- Communicate observations clearly with the team.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver’s license in good standing (required).Ability to work independently and remain alert overnight.
- Comfortable with standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable, professional, and compassionate presence.
Compensation & Benefits
- $20/hour base + $5/hour overnight differential
- Full-time positions are benefit eligible
