PURPOSE:
The Business Manager is responsible for fiscal management, providing leadership for the Business Office functions, food service operations, student management and facilities maintenance and grants. The Business Manager provides leadership and coordination in the administration of the districts’ financial funds, accounting systems, operating budgets and monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports in compliance with all local, state and federal reporting requirements.
Our school district has been providing business services for other districts.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
12 month supervisory, salaried employee
Salary Range: $120,000 to $140,000 dependent on the candidate's experience and qualifications. It is not typical for new hires to begin at the top of the range.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field and five or more years of fiscal management and supervisory experience. Five-years’ experience in a paid school business manager or similar position can be used in place of the degree.
