The VP of Marketing is a visionary leader responsible for shaping and executing the company’s marketing strategy, with a strong emphasis on leveraging artificial intelligence, driving a successful rebranding initiative, and accelerating pipeline growth. This leader will drive cross-functional team collaboration, foster innovation, and ensure marketing efforts are tightly aligned with business objectives.
Some of Your Responsibilities & Core Duties will be:
- Champion the integration of AI technologies into marketing operations, including campaign automation, customer segmentation, predictive analytics, and personalization
- Evaluate and implement AI tools to optimize marketing spend, improve lead scoring, and enhance customer experience
- Lead the company’s rebranding efforts, including brand positioning and messaging
- Collaborate with executive leadership and external agencies to ensure a cohesive rollout across all channels
- Monitor brand perception and adjust strategies to strengthen market presence and differentiation
- Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive top-of-funnel awareness and generate qualified leads
- Partner with sales leadership to align marketing and sales strategies, ensuring seamless pipeline management and conversion
- Own pipeline targets and report regularly on campaign effectiveness, lead quality, and revenue impact
- Oversee resource allocation, hiring, and professional development within the marketing department
- Establish KPIs and leverage analytics to measure revenue acquisition, campaign performance, ROI, and pipeline velocity
- Work closely with product, sales, and technology teams to ensure marketing initiatives support overall business goals
Experience and Skills You Need in this Role:
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, demand generation, and marketing automation platforms
- Strong analytical, strategic, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant field preferred
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant marketing experience. Experience in B2B SaaS or fast-paced growth environments preferred
- A minimum of 5 years of marketing leadership experience. Proven experience leading marketing teams through AI adoption, rebranding, and pipeline growth
