Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; teaching credential or Master’s in Education preferred.
• Experience as a lead teacher teaching in an elementary classroom (grades K–5).
• Commitment to professional growth and reflective practice.
• Familiarity with differentiated instruction and strong literacy/numeracy foundations.
• A collaborative spirit and passion for making a difference every day.
