Our Director of Nursing is in charge of the clinical services, responsible for the management and oversight of the nursing staff in service to the care of the patients and residents of the Silver Lake facility:
Pay Range: $150,000 to $165,000 DOE

Specific job responsibilities include:
- The Director of Nursing Services (DNS) is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, staffing and controlling nursing resources and personnel to provide the best possible care for the spiritual, mental and physical needs of the individual residents within Bethany of the Northwest's skilled nursing and long-term care environments.
- The DNS ensures compliance with State and Federal regulations governing long term care, as well as maintaining positive relationships among nursing personnel, residents, families, other departments, and the public.
Qualifications
Requirements
• Must possess, at a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must be currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington.
• Current CPR Certification
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
• Must function independently and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with residents, personnel, and support agencies.
• Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long term care.
• Must possess leadership and supervisory ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with professional and non-professional personnel.
• Must possess the ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures that are necessary for providing quality care.
Licensure/Certification:
- Current Washington State Registered Nursing licensure without restrictions
