About the Role

As Services Delivery / Customer Success Lead, you will lead the deployment and operation of Akselos’ structural Digital Twin solutions for Downstream and Upstream assets, with a focus on the Americas region.

This is a multi-disciplinary, client-facing role at the intersection of engineering, software deployment, and energy operations. You’ll manage end-to-end project delivery — from scoping to implementation — while nurturing long-term client relationships and driving measurable customer success.

This role is based in North America (preferably Houston) and reports to the VP Services Delivery.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of Akselos’ structural Digital Twin projects, ensuring excellence across all delivery stages.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to major energy clients, promoting the value of Akselos’ technology and services.
  • Partner with Sales during pre-sales, scoping, and proposal phases.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with technical and software teams to adapt solutions to project needs.
  • Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to refining Akselos’ delivery methodologies and processes.


Qualifications & Experience

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 8 years in the Energy or Chemical industry, ideally in asset integrity management (Downstream or Upstream).
  • Proven track record leading engineering or digital transformation projects in customer-facing environments.
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms or digital tools for industrial operations.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.


Skills

  • Deep understanding of industrial project workflows and asset integrity processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership and client relationship abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Fluent in English (Spanish or Portuguese is an asset).
  • Willingness to travel internationally to support project execution.
