We are seeking a sharp, driven, on-site Sales Manager to lead business development and sales growth initiatives while driving revenue growth. Collaboration with the team to align sales strategies to build stronger customer relationships and promote our products and services to commercial, defense and general aviation customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Growth: Uncover high-potential business opportunities through sharp market analysis, competitive insights and creative deal-making

Who You Are:
- College graduate with an Engineering, Business or Accounting degree
- Innovative thinker with at least four years of direct outside sales experience representing a manufacturer of complex technical products - aerospace/aviation industry is preferred
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
- Proven leader of sales support team
- Ability to work independently and highly motivated
- Explorer, culturally aware of domestic and international clients
- Razor sharp communicator with persuasion skills, both written and verbal
- Must be able to work with ITAR products and related data without restriction
