We are on a journey of continuous growth - now looking for our next star - a passionate Warehouse Quality Auditor. This position reports to the Quality Supervisor and will work in Litchfield.
The Quality Process Auditor/Inspector helps maintain quality standards by conducting process audits of warehouse activity, as well as auditing/inspecting inventory product accuracy, and warehouse procedures. They will record and resolve the quality issues by working with the appropriate teams and personnel in in Building 2.
General Responsibilities:
- Conducts Process Audits according to the Standard Auditing Procedures as defined by the QC department across all the warehouse areas in B2.
- Responsible for maintaining and reporting daily audit findings in the format specified by the supervisor.
- Conduct audits in warehouse areas by confirming specifications; and conducting visual and measurement tests using a pre-defined checklist.
- Work with Team leads and Operation department to close loop on open Corrective Actions.
- Document all Audit Findings and Internal Rejections according to the procedures defined by QC department.
- Audit Warehouse equipment and Tools for its calibration & check log for operator preventative maintenance by following operating instructions and calling for repairs as needed.
- Ensures that the Team leads are following the Material Rejection Process.
- Assists in Inventory Screening initiated by Quality department.
- Alert Quality & Operations department of negative audit findings.
- Accomplishes quality and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Skills & Requirements:
- High School / GED required
- Must have knowledge/understanding of production processes
- Basic knowledge of computer including use of MS Office software.
- Ability to stand for 8 - 10 hours per day in a continuous production cell type set-up.
- Ability to interpret and adhere to work instructions and procedures.
- Ability to operate Calipers, Micrometers, Pin gauges and other measurement tools.
- Ability to Read Assembly Level prints.
- Capable of safely lifting to 70 lbs. without assistance.
- Must pass the required job protocol physical test as administered by Apex Physical Therapy

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, stoop, lift and perform manual dexterity.
- Ability to be physically in attendance at workstation during normal business hours designated for the position.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

- Up to 2 to 4 weeks on the job training
