Scope and Purpose

 

•    Support the Relationship Manager(s) in evaluating trend and economic performance of the related customers and in the activation of all necessary corrective actions
•    Assist the RM in identifying business opportunities and with cross-selling Intesa Sanpaolo's financial products and services, which includes IMI CIB products, etc.
•    Support the Relationship Manager(s) in meeting profitability and achieving commercial and risk goals for the referenced customer
•    Support the Relationship Manager(s) in meeting with targeted customers to achieve defined commercial objectives.
•    Manage tasks related to the investigation and drafting of the credit line file (excluding the loan proposal).
•    Complete administrative activities related to customer management and working with internal teams as needed.
•    Actively interface with customers in the management and resolution of problems and requests.
•    Guarantee the quality of work performed and completed in conjunction with recognizing deadlines by intervening in urgent transactions.
•    Ensure the correct management of customers by ensuring compliance with what is set in operational processes and company regulations.
•    Liaise with the Branch's other Departments and Group structures on business related banking activities, and in particular collaborating and coordinating with Credit Officers in preparing credit proposals
•    Ensure the Branch's KYC (Know Your Customers) and CDD (Customers Due Diligence) procedures and directives are strictly adhered to
•    Perform management reporting and marketing research responsibilities as directed/assigned by management on occasion

 

The salary range for this position is 80k $-110k $.

0-2 years experience in the role required

Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge

 

  • Ability to build and manage relationships
  • Client financial assistance know-how
  • Knowledge of credit products and procedure management.
  • Knowledge of banking products, services and U.S. corporate marketplace
  • Bachelor’s Degree
