TITLE: Account Executive
REPORTS TO: Chief Sales Officer
EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Full Time
JOB SUMMARY
The position of Account Executive plays a visible and influential role as the company continues to grow. The Account Executive is a self-directed marketing professional who has excellent interpersonal skills and can successfully promote the Company’s services, so referral sources consistently choose AOM Infusion (AOM) over competing companies.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business or marketing preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Experience:
- At least 3 years medical sales experience.
- Marketing experience in the sales and service of home infusion services, home care or specialty injectables is highly desirable.
- Successful marketing experience and a clinical degree is also highly desirable.
- Ability to work as a team with marketing, clinical and reimbursement personnel to achieve patient satisfaction.
- Demonstrated excellence in communicating effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrated excellence with presentation skills.
- Proficient with computers using standard Microsoft Office products.
- Fulltime Employment:
- 40hrs per week. Work week is Monday thru Friday
- Schedule determined by supervisor.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Account Executive is responsible for creating an overall marketing plan that follows and supports the Company’s sales objectives.
- With the support of the Chief Sales Officer the Account Executive uses a marketing plan to guide daily activities and achieve quota and budget goals.
- The Account Executive acts as the primary liaison between branch personnel and referral sources during the patient intake process.
- The Account Executive is responsible for managing all administrative forms and communications required during patient intake process.
- The Account Executive participates in quality assurance processes through reviews, meetings, reports and observation of results.
- The Account Executive is responsible to provide feedback to management regarding sales issues, and referral source or patient complaints.
- Attend training classes and complete sales assignments as required.
- Responsible for attending industry and patient support meetings.
