đâŻWhat Youâll Learn
- You will start your journey with some core training, teaching you all the skills youâll need to be a successful analyst at Accenture.
- You will undergo some programme specific training to prepare you for your first client role. This can include delivery lifecycle, specific technologies and platforms, core programming languages, and the essential developer toolkit. Â
- You will get the opportunity to gain industry recognised accreditations in areas such as Cloud and Technology Platform certifications. Â
- Core Apprentice Training: Your journey will begin with a 5-week boot camp designed to set you up for success. Youâll dive into technical skills like coding fundamentals, agile delivery methods, and key tools in the developer toolkitâgiving you a strong foundation before you join your first project. Youâll also build confidence in working with clients, managing projects, and collaborating effectively.
- Project-based learning: Youâll work on real challenges for real clients and with support from experienced teams, gain confidence and knowledge on the job.
- Technology Exposure: Depending on your specific project, youâll get exposure to a wide range of different technologies and systems and receive training to understand how to use as well as help implement them.Â
- Apprenticeship Training: Â Youâll study towards a BSc (Hons) in Digital & Technology Solutions (Software Engineering) Specialism at Newcastle College. The programme lasts between 2.5 and 3.5 years, depending on your prior qualifications. Youâll spend one day a week at university and four days working on client projects, applying what you learnt in real time. On successful completion, youâll have the opportunity to move into a permanent role at Accenture.
