💡Your Impact
As a member of our medical services team, you will be responsible for:
What You Will Do
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical guidelines and physician orders
• Monitor and document patients’ conditions, reporting any changes to the RN or provider promptly
• Assist with patient education regarding medications, treatment plans, and health maintenance
• Support patients through detox and treatment protocols with compassion and professionalism
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards
• Uphold Ashley’s core values of compassion, dignity, and respect in every interaction
💼 What You Bring
• Current LPN license in the state of Maryland (or compact state)
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience, preferably in a medical-surgical, emergency room (ER), intensive care unit (ICU), detox, behavioral health, or addiction treatment settings
• BLS certification required
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, emotionally sensitive environment
