"Join our fast-paced manufacturing team and take charge of inventory accuracy from the inside out as our Inventory Control Clerk". This position is a full time, hourly position, 7AM - 3PM Monday - Friday at Seda North America, located in Mount Pleasant, WI.  Seda is looking for a detail-driven professional to manage inventory accuracy and support production efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What you will do:

    Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely movement of materials

    Support production operations by managing stock levels

    Minimize production delays and optimize inventory accuracy in a dynamic manufacturing setting

Specific Duties

    Collaborate with scheduler to establish production sequences and lead times

    Enter, maintain, and verify inventory quantities in SAP

    Close production jobs and work orders daily or as needed

    Manage intracompany inventory transfers to support production timelines

    Generate reports on inventory levels, turnover, and metrics

    Conduct physical inventories and cycle counts

    Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and shortages

    Coordinate with sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams for smooth inventory flow

    Participate in ongoing process improvement initiatives

    Perform other duties as assigned by management

What you will bring:

    High school diploma and 2+ years of inventory management experience

    Proficiency in SAP ERP/MRP systems

    Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and strong numerical aptitude

    Excellent written and verbal communication

    Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams

    Systematic and methodical approach to tasks

    Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills

    Flexibility and multitasking in high-pressure environments

    Forward-thinking and self-motivated
