Hours: 32–40 per week | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary Range: LPN - $31.00 - $36.25 Based on experience level

                          RN - $34.00 - $39.25 Based on experience level

🌼 Your Impact

As a Primary Care Nurse Float, you’ll play an essential role in supporting GSCH’s mission of accessible, high-quality healthcare for all. You’ll:

• Rotate among all primary care teams to provide hands-on and telephonic patient care.

• Collaborate with providers, MAs, and multidisciplinary staff to coordinate care and ensure smooth transitions.

• Perform clinical duties such as patient education, care coordination, medication review, and follow-up.

• Manage test results, referrals, and care plans in collaboration with the clinical team.

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care — every interaction, every day.

Because you’ll float between both Goodwin and Families First locations, you’ll gain a well-rounded view of our operations and connect with colleagues across our network, making this one of the most diverse and engaging nursing roles we offer.

🩺 Qualifications

• Current New Hampshire Nursing License (RN or LPN) required.

• Experience in primary care or ambulatory health preferred.

• Current BLS certification required.

• Strong organizational, communication, and clinical assessment skills.

• Compassionate, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset.
