Make things happen Our graduate scheme lasts three years with three 12-month rotations across a range of Finance departments. During the scheme, youll focus on broadening your knowledge in different aspects of our Finance operation, building a wider understanding of the business, and contributing to our success. Youll kick off in Management Accounting, building strong business relationships and core accounting skills. Youll also develop future-focused capabilities like value creation, storytelling with data and working with new technologies such as automation, before taking on a role as a Finance Business Partner and finally gaining experience in a more specialist area, such as: - Finance Transformation - Group Reporting & Technical Accounting - Strategy - Capital Allocation & Financial Planning and Analysis Experience our portfolio of brands across the UK with your first 12-month rotation based in Bradford, with your second and third rotation in London or Reading.
