OFFICE/ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE CLERK presso COPS Monitoring

COPS Monitoring is a fast paced, rapidly growing company looking for an individual to take on the role of an Office/Accounts Receivable Clerk. Our Williamstown, NJ location is the HQ for multiple sites. We offer a great benefit package and working environment! 

Essential Job Functions:

• Office/Accounts Receivable Clerk follows established procedures for posting customer payments daily

• Helping to identify and resolve customer issues

• Complete monthly customer reminder calls for invoices

• Creating and maintaining spreadsheets

• Assist with research for credit requests and inquiries

• Being part of the department telephone group for inbound customer calls

• Protect company value by keeping information confidential

• Provide assistance and support to the department as assigned by the Supervisor

Qualifications/Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

• Accounts Receivable Clerk needs the ability to work independently and as a team member

• Proficient in MS Word and Excel

• Strong customer service skills

Hours*

Monday – Friday 9 AM to 5 PM

Job Type: Full-time
