Ambulatory Surgery Center Administrator presso WOUND CENTRICS LLC

Administrator, ASC provides leadership for all licensed and non-licensed medical staff in accordance with established state rules and regulations and other standards that may apply for ambulatory surgical facilities. The qualified candidate will have full accountability for clinical management, clinical development, oversight and regulatory compliance for the location. Responsibilities include developing and enforcing compliance with ASC policies and procedures. This position works closely with the providers, ASC Leadership team and other departments as required. The successful candidate will have an exceptional work ethic, positive attitude, and strong commitment to providing excellent health care to our patients. This position will require Direct Patient Care.

Experience Required:

• Two (2) years of operating room circulator experience.
• Perioperative experience in all areas (Preop, OR, and PACU) preferred.
• Minimum (1) year clinical supervisory experience
• Working knowledge with Word, PowerPoint, EMR systems
• Strong background in ambulatory surgery preferred
• Previous AAAHC or Joint Commission accreditation survey experience a plus
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills along with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively

Qualifications

Education:

• Required- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Preferred- Completion of or actively pursuing a BSN degree.

Licenses and Certificates:

• Preferred- MSN, Experience with multi-specialty ASC or pain and spine a plus.

• Required- Current Texas RN License or a current RN license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state

• Required-Current BCLS certification
