Core duties

• Financial record-keeping:
  • Compiling and sorting documents like invoices and checks.
  • Verifying and posting business transactions.
  • Maintaining accounting databases and filing systems.
• Accounts payable and receivable:
  • Preparing and sending invoices to customers.
  • Receiving and verifying vendor invoices.
  • Tracking payments and recording receipts.
• Administrative support:
  • Managing general office correspondence like emails and calls.
  • Replenishing office supplies.
  • Assisting the finance department as needed.

• Technical skills: Proficiency in accounting software and general computer skills are essential.
• Analytical skills: The role requires the ability to analyze financial information and create reports.
