Contractor & Vendor Oversight

  • Evaluate whether a task is best completed by in-house contractors or outside vendors based on cost, time, and complexity.
  • Inspect completed work for quality control before approving payment or sign-off.
  • Enforce compliance with company safety policies, building codes, and local regulations.

Scheduling & Resource Coordination

  • Create and manage detailed project schedules for each property.

  • Excellent organizational, scheduling, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with project tracking and photo documentation tools (e.g., ConnectTeams, Smartsheet, or similar).
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license and be able to travel regularly throughout Central and North Florida.

Preferred Attributes
