Wilson Care, a Specialized Mental Health Rehabilitation Facility (SMHRF) in the North Side of Chicago, IL, has an immediate opening for a Business Office Manager.

This is a Full-Time Position, Paying an Hourly Rate of up to $25.00 per hour + Full Benefits, including your choice of Healthcare Plan, 401k, PTO, Health Savings Account, and More!  Opportunity for Advancement.

You will have a Monday- Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm Schedule, Plus Rotating Manager-on-Duty Weekends Responsibility.

Responsibilities of the Business Office Manager:

• Manage processing of payroll: This  includes issuing checks, monitoring direct deposits as well as completing  other related reports and documents.
• Process new employees’ applications, registration and documentation, as well as conducting background checks
• Assist with admissions/discharges paperwork
• Census reports
• Manage patient trust funds
• Workers Compensation and Insurance
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of any changes in JCAHO, Federal and State regulations
• Supervise receptionists and Activities Dept.(scheduling, hiring)
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information

Requirements

of the Business Office Manager:

• Accounts Payable/Receivable and Payroll experience
• Office management experience
• Business experience in a Long-Term Care facility preferred
• Multi-line phone system experience
• Strong relationship building skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Must have compassion and understanding of adults with psychiatric disabilities
