POSITION SUMMARY:

The Digital Designer, Omnichannel Marketing transforms brand concepts into compelling marketing assets, serving as the bulk creative executor who ensures all campaign deliverables meet quality standards while maintaining brand consistency. This role focuses on rapid, high-quality marketing production while providing creative input to enhance campaign effectiveness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute coordinated campaign assets across email, landing pages, paid social, organic social, sales collateral, and web—ensuring visual consistency and message continuity throughout the customer journey
  • Adapt core campaign creative across channels while optimizing for each platform's technical specifications and audience behaviors
  • Collaborate with marketing and copywriting teams to enhance creative briefs and optimize campaign asset requests
  • Produce motion graphics and dynamic content for digital marketing platforms
  • Quality-check all marketing creative deliverables and identify potential issues before final delivery
  • Propose design variations for A/B testing and recommend creative optimizations based on campaign performance and conversion goals
  • Maintain brand standards while working creatively within established guidelines and marketing objectives

 IDEAL BACKGROUND:

  • 4-6 years of marketing design experience with emphasis on B2B marketing and digital campaign production
  • Portfolio demonstrating rapid turnaround capabilities for marketing campaigns without sacrificing quality
  • Background supporting marketing teams in fast-paced campaign environments
  • Experience designing with conversion and engagement metrics in mind, understanding how design choices impact marketing performance

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Experience with marketing platforms (email marketing tools, CMS, marketing automation) and designing within their technical constraints
  • Understanding of digital marketing asset requirements (email templates, display ads, social media specs, landing page design)
  • Proficiency in motion graphics and animation software for marketing applications
  • Strong marketing design skills across digital and print media
  • Understanding of marketing objectives and how design drives campaign performance
  • Keen eye for identifying creative and technical issues in marketing design requests
  • Ability to work efficiently under tight campaign deadlines while maintaining brand quality
