Main Responsibilities

Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting (email, phone, social media) within the EMEA and APAC regions.

Engage and nurture leads, understanding their business needs and positioning PebblePad solutions effectively.

Collaborate closely with Business Development, Customer Success and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless handover of qualified prospects.

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and interactions in Hubspot.

Research and stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and regional market dynamics relevant to EMEA and APAC.

Represent the company in a professional and culturally aware manner across different geographies.

Key Requirements

Degree educated with knowledge of the higher education space.

1-3 years of experience in a similar sales or business development role, preferably within the education or SaaS sector.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive and confident phone manner.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a remote or distributed team.

Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in a second language relevant to EMEA or APAC markets (e.g., Dutch, German, Spanish, Arabic, etc.) is highly desirable.

Familiarity with HubSpot, and standard sales tools (e.g. Gong, LinkedIn, AI tools etc.).

Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working to KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Desirable Attributes

Experience working with clients or prospects in multicultural and multilingual environments.

Understanding of education and public sector sales cycles and enterprise customer needs.

Adaptability and willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate time zones across EMEA and APAC.

What We Offer

Competitive salary, benefits and commission structure.

Comprehensive training and ongoing professional development.

International exposure and opportunities for career progression within a growing global company.

Supportive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture.

Eligibility to work in the UK is a must. This role will require 2-3 days in the office in Telford per week.
