Compensation will be based on knowledge, skills, and ability: $65,000 to $90,000
Farwest Steel Corporation is seeking applicants for the position of Branch Operations Manager for the Moses Lake, Washington branch.
The primary purpose of the position is to provide leadership and guidance to the work of the warehouse. Key deliverables include management of all facility production operations, development of production employees, applying Lean principles through continuous improvement, facilitating communication between Divisions, branches, corporate departments, sales and customers; and ensuring safe work practices. The position is responsible for department P&L (profit and loss) and development and implementation of work strategies to ensure profitability and market growth.
