  • 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week)
  Both are full-time, benefits-eligible, and come with a guaranteed salary.

  Our nurses typically spend 30–45 minutes per visit, caring for 4–6 patients per day. You’ll provide hands-on, high-quality care including catheter care, wound and ostomy care, disease and medication management...and more!

💰 Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $61,000 - $67,000

If this sounds like you, here’s what you’ll bring to our team:

Experience:
💙 1–3 years of Home Care experience preferred — we love nurses who know how rewarding patient-centered care can be!

Requirements:
✅ Graduate of an accredited Professional School of Nursing (Associate’s Degree in Nursing required)
✅ Current LPN License in the State of Minnesota, in good standing
✅ Current CPR Certification for Health Care Providers
✅ Valid Driver’s License — you’ll be bringing quality care right to your patients’ homes
