Reports To: Branch Manager
Essential Responsibilities
The Business Manager duties including but not limited to supervising office employees to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of responsibilities, filing timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Analyzes and organizes office operations and procedures such as bookkeeping, preparation of payables, personnel, information management, filing systems and other clerical services.
- Prepares composite reports for the guidance of management.
- Maximizes office productivity through proficient use of the following computer applications: Microsoft Office, DSI Dealer Software Inc., Accounting, Parts Service and Leasing Software.
- Analyze credit information and make prudent credit decisions which maximize company’s financial best interest.
- Adjusts errors and complaints.
- Maintains contact with customers and outside vendors.
- Implements corporate procedures for systematic retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
- Gather personnel information and files.
- Manage time cards.
- Conduct employee orientation and administrative responsibilities of the new hires.
- Distribute and communicate human resources materials i.e. training benefits and announcements.
- Other duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or 5 years related experience of office management experience.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Accounting software; Database software; Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet software and Microsoft Word Processing software.
- Current Driver's License
Physical Demands
Mobility: The person should be able to move around the office or reception area comfortably, including walking, standing, and potentially climbing stairs.
Vision:/Hearing
- Good eyesight and visual acuity are important for the position to read and process written information, such as messages, memos, and visitor identification.
- The individual should have good hearing to effectively communicate with visitors, clients, and colleagues. This includes understanding phone conversations and responding to inquiries or requests.
Manual dexterity: individual should possess good manual dexterity to handle various tasks, such as operating a phone system, computer, keyboard, and other office equipment efficiently.
Lifting: While lifting heavy objects may not be a frequent requirement, the individual may occasionally need to handle packages, mail, or other items of moderate weight.
Working hours: The individual typically work standard office hours; however, they may be expected to accommodate occasional early mornings, or evenings based on the company's needs.
