To perform complex and responsible paraprofessional financial record keeping, budgeting and accounting for an assigned District program area; to provide information assistance to program and school personnel; and to provide related office and program support as needed. Employees in this classification receive limited supervision within a framework of standard policies and procedures. This job class functions at an advanced journey level of classification, requiring knowledge of the financial practices and procedures of a specialized program area.

Work Week: M-F 8 am- 5 pm

High School Diploma or equivalent 2 Letters of Recommendation required. - Understanding of bookkeeping practices and fundamental accounting principles. -Proper English usage. -Basic knowledge of office equipment. - Proficiency in application software, such as spreadsheets, Google Docs, and other relevant tools. - Be able to collaborate and work efficiently with other co-workers. Desired: -Bilingual -Customer service experience.
