The Agora Companies is searching for an Affiliate Advertising Specialist to join a growing health publishing and dietary supplement company. We’re looking for a creative, data-driven individual to supercharge our high-traffic website and robust email list.
In this hybrid role, you’ll lead affiliate partnerships and be responsible for growing revenue by managing, selling, and optimizing our various email and digital ad units. If you are outgoing, and looking to learn digital marketing from the best in the business, you'll never get a better chance.
Responsibilities:
Affiliate Partnership Management
- Recruit, onboard, and nurture affiliate partners to expand our advertising revenue.
- Negotiate affiliate advertising agreements and monitor affiliate practices for compliance.
- Manage and optimize all advertising inventory across the website and email newsletter.
- Launch incentive programs and contests to boost affiliate engagement.
- Provide monthly payout information and regular campaign performance updates to affiliate partners.
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, and leadership to align strategy.
- Analyze affiliate data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Media Buying
- Maintain strong relationships with media partners and platform representatives.
- Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across display, native, social & email channels.
- Collaborate with copywriters and creative teams to develop engaging ad content that drives conversions.
- Analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to maximize ROI and meet KPIs.
- Identify new opportunities for scaling customer acquisition across channels.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in digital advertising sales, media buying, or affiliate marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and a love for data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Experience in direct response marketing preferred.
- Experience managing self-serve advertising platforms (e.g., Taboola, Facebook Ads, etc) is a plus
- Experience with affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., TUNE, CAKE, Everflow, Clickbank) is is a plus.
- Familiarity with CPM, CPC, and CPA pricing models
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Compensation Range – $50,000 - $55,00 USD
Location(s) & Work Arrangement – Mount Vernon, Baltimore / Hybrid
