PrimeSource Building Products Inc. Has an immediate opportunity for a Major Account Executive.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Develops and implements strategic product sales plans to accommodate sales & profit corporate goals.
- Maintain and establish key relationships with senior management at Major Accounts
- Communicate daily with Executive Management
- Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly for specific product categories.
- Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates for all assigned product categories.
- Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales program for all Major Account staff.
- Direct all sales activities for the Account Executives managing their respective accounts.
- Direct and control all Line Review and Business Reviews all Major Accounts.
- Analyzes sales statistics to formulate policy and assist dealers in promoting sales.
- Represents the Company at trade association meetings to promote Grip Rite and PrimeSource.
- Represents Company at Major Account Management meetings.
- Directly negotiates all Functional and Marking discounts as well as pricing with all Major Accounts.
- Coordinates liaison between Major Account dept. and other Product Management units.
- Recommends or approves budget, expenditures, and appropriations for the Major Account dept.
