Senior Cost Accountant presso Arcade Beauty

Key accountabilities include: 

• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities to ensure timely and accurate reporting of cost of goods sold, inventory evaluation, and margin variances.
• Process and post transactions within the ERP system related to production, materials, and revenue.
• Review and reconcile inventory reports and work closely with Plant personnel and Purchasing to ensure accuracy of physical and perpetual inventory.
• Review WIP and FG inventories for obsolescence reserve.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage annual physical inventory count.
• Record plant material, labor consumption, and variances within ERP system.
• Work cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and IT to maintain data accuracy and improve ERP utilization.
• Ad hoc financial analysis of financial and operational metrics to support business requirements.
