Sentry/Witt Rolloff is looking for a dependable and driven Rolloff Foreman to lead day-to-day rolloff operations in Watertown, SD. This role blends leadership, planning, and hands-on work. You will guide drivers, keep equipment in top working shape, and make sure containers and trucks move smoothly through each day’s schedule. Key Responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and support rolloff drivers
• Plan daily delivery and pickup routes for containers
• Monitor truck and container condition
• Schedule service, maintenance, and repairs on trucks and containers
• Ensure drivers complete pre-trip checks and follow safe loading practices
• Maintain DOT and company safety and compliance standards
• Oversee paperwork, logs, and reports
• Communicate with customers and resolve service issues
Qualifications
• Valid Class A or B CDL with clean driving record
• Commercial driving experience; roll off or dump truck preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to lift 50 to 75 pounds and work outdoors
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and workplace safety
• Good judgment, calm under pressure, able to troubleshoot and adapt
