We’re looking for a Senior Business Operations Consultant to join our Document Services team. In this role, you’ll serve as a strategic lead on the Composition as a Service team (CaaS), acting as the team lead and liaison between Business Units and the vendor service platform that will be completing projects. You will define improvements and implement the service model, collaborate with the business requestors and vendor to prioritize work, ensure completeness of requirements through the request process, and partner with the vendor daily to ensure work is getting completed timely. You and your team will also use the vendor platform to create and change digital communications requested by the business.
- Leading change by identifying and pursuing opportunities to improve systems, processes, and services.
- Developing processes, procedures, workflows, and system improvements to support business and strategic goals.
- Leading and facilitating projects as the service platforms go through updates and changes, based on business and vendor strategies.
- Creating and updating stakeholder sites to ensure clarity of service model changes.
- Acting as a subject matter expert for and main point of contact for the team, organizing and assigning work requests.
- Mentoring and training less expert team members and internal partners and business stakeholders.
- Creating metrics and monitoring trends to suggest service improvements and business development opportunities.
- Supporting vendor interactions as needed.

Who You Are:- Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years of relevant professional experience
- 5+ years of experience in project management
- Proven ability to lead projects, manage third-party vendors, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and conflict resolution capabilities
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities with a strategic, solutions-oriented mindset
- Change-driven and adaptable, with a track record of optimizing processes and driving results
Skills That Will Help You Stand Out
- Advanced industry certifications (e.g., PMP)
- Experience with vendor management
- Proven track record of successful project implementation
