đ±âŻYour Development Path
Once youâve completed your initial training, youâll be ready to take on your first role. Project placements vary depending on business needs, and we encourage our apprentices to explore a range of opportunities. Â
Typical roles on this programme may include:
Project/ Programme Management (tracking and helping the management of complex projects, working alongside leadership)
Data and Analytics modelling (including financial modelling)
Process and Operating Model Design (redesigning how a business works)
Communications & Change Management (helping organisations adjust to new ways of working)
Research & Insights (using our internal benchmarks and experience, coupled with external sources to provide our teams with the newest and best perspective on issues).
Throughout your apprenticeship and beyond, youâll be supported with ongoing training, coaching, and guidance to help you grow your skills and shape your career. Youâll also work across a variety of projects, giving you the chance to explore the breadth of what we do, apply what you are learning at university and discover where your strengths and interests lie.
On completion of your apprenticeship, youâll be aligned to a specialised business area that reflects your ambitions. From that point on, youâll continue to build expertise, take on more responsibility, and shape a career path that is uniquely yours.
To bring this to life, here are some examples from past/present apprentices:Â
Lovene joined the programme in 2022, graduated with First Class Honours in September 2025, and is now working as a Junior Enterprise Architect for an Energy client, helping implement IT strategies to achieve business goals.Â
