Hi Rasmus is scaling fast, and we’re ready to deepen how vision translates into execution. We’re looking for an execution-oriented, people-first product leader who can turn bold ideas into scalable delivery through empowered, outcome-based teams.
This role is designed as a complementary partner to our product-driven CEO/Founder, someone who thrives on structure, clarity, and enablement. You’ll help connect strategy to outcomes by aligning product, engineering, and commercial teams around shared goals, all while nurturing a culture of accountability, learning, and impact.
You’ll lead a small but mighty team, guiding how empowered product thinking happens here, and scaling it thoughtfully as we grow over the next few years. Your focus will be on building the people, systems, and culture that make impact sustainable.

📌What You’ll Do
✅ Translate strategy into execution. Co-own the product vision with the CEO, distilling long-term direction into actionable, measurable objectives.
✅ Build and scale a high-performing product organization. Hire, mentor, and grow PMs, designers, and future product talent, doubling team capacity annually while maintaining clarity and cohesion.
✅ Co-own vertical expansions. Work together with the executive team to identify and execute initiatives to enter into new markets that align with our mission.
✅ Champion empowered, outcome-based teams. Partner with Engineering to co-lead product delivery that’s fast, iterative, and deeply connected to customer outcomes.
✅ Embed commercial alignment. Partner with the CCO and Customer Success teams to ensure product priorities drive growth, retention, and value realization.
✅ Operationalize excellence. Establish repeatable frameworks (roadmaps, OKRs, reviews) that balance autonomy and alignment.
✅ Lead Product Design and Discovery. Partner with UX to embed user empathy and simplicity into every feature and experiment.
✅ Model communication clarity. Build trust through transparent, concise, and data-informed decision-making.
✅ Shape cross-functional culture. Create the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, and Commercial, so everyone understands the why, what, and when.
✅ Build and scale the product organization. Hire, mentor, and grow the product team, expanding capacity sustainably while keeping clarity and connection at the center.
🔭 Focus Areas & Strategic Responsibilities
The CPO’s primary focus is not on managing static domains, but on building and empowering outcome-based teams that drive measurable business and mission impact.
You will:
Define and evolve team missions, charters, and OKR’s aligned to long-term strategy and impact goals.
Co-own ARR growth and mission alignment, ensuring product outcomes directly connect to business success.
Partner with the CEO to identify emerging opportunities and translate them into focused, measurable team objectives.
Oversee cross-team functions, UX, Discovery, Product Analytics, and Impacts & Outcomes, to ensure shared learning and customer insight flow across the org.
Embed a modern, agile mindset centered on fast experimentation, continuous discovery, and high-quality delivery.
Build lightweight, repeatable operating rhythms (OKRs, review cycles, impact dashboards) that scale alignment without bureaucracy.
🤝 How You’ll Partner
With the CEO/Founder (Nikolaj):
Co-shape long-term product strategy in lockstep with a product-driven founder and executive team.
Translate strategic intent into structure, priorities, and measurable outcomes.
Complement visionary energy with disciplined execution and organizational design.
Build team micro-team architecture scaling to 10+ outcomes-driven teams
With the CTO (Mark):
Co-lead outcome-based teams built on mutual trust, transparency, and technical excellence.
Create shared accountability between Product and Engineering for quality, speed, and impact for velocity, quality, and customer impact.
Align on technical foundations that enable fast iteration and sustainable scale.
Collaborate with Product Design and UX to align technical feasibility, usability, and customer experience in every release.
With the CCO (Rachel):
Align product direction with customer experience, outcomes, and commercial growth.
Jointly shape impact narratives that clearly link product innovation to revenue growth, clinical outcomes, and our leadership in value-based care.
Execute a product strategy that contributes directly to ARR growth and mission alignment.
Align go-to-market and product direction so that launches are not just feature releases, but value drivers tied to adoption, retention, and revenue impact.
Leverage customer, clinical, and market intelligence from Sales, CS, and Marketing to drive product discovery and inform strategic bets.
Champion clinical excellence and trust by ensuring product design reflects our mission, reinforces accessibility and quality, and meets the evolving needs of providers and families.

⭐️ 10+ years in Product Management, with 5+ leading empowered SaaS product teams.
⭐️ Proven ability to scale teams, build structure, and deliver outcomes in high-growth environments.
⭐️ Strong cross-functional collaboration with Engineering and Commercial teams.
⭐️ Balance of strategic clarity and operational execution, able to zoom in and out fluidly.
⭐️ Experience leading or partnering closely with Product Design / UX functions.
⭐️ Empathy, clarity, and curiosity as a leadership style.
⭐️ Ability to operate from first principles in ambiguous environments
