POSITION OBJECTIVE: Provide front-line supervision of Slot Attendants while ensuring a friendly environment within the department and exceptional service for our guests.

JOB SUMMARY: Perform supervisory and administrative functions in accordance with policies and procedures and internal control. Responsible for operations of assigned slot cashier station and overseeing Floor Attendants during their assigned shifts. Perform the duties of the Slot Shift Supervisor in his/her absence.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required skills and knowledge:
- High school diploma or GED certificate.
- Basic math skills and passing math quiz with 70% or higher.
- Cash handling experience of $5000 or more.
- Must complete Title 31 requirements.
- Minimum of one (1) year gaming supervisory experience (preferably in slots), plus Two years related gaming experience.
- Excellent guest service skills.
- Excellent Team Member relation skills.
- Knowledge of gaming regulations and related financial requirements.
- Ability to utilize MS Office programs.
- Knowledge of rules and procedures of electronic games or similar experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess leadership skills.
- Possess active listening skills.
- Pass NRWC pre-employment testing.
- Ability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to obtain a Class III Gaming License.
- Ability to follow through with projects.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Manual and finger dexterity for operation of personal computer and routine paperwork.
- Ability to stand or move continuously for longer than 10 hours.
- Ability to lift 40 pounds.
- Ability to tolerate a smoke-filled environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:
- Ensures proper operation of department and conformity with Casino policies and procedures and internal control.
- Handles guest and Team Member disputes.
- Does scheduling, performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and ROC’s.
- Demonstrates positive guest and Team Member relations.
- Prepares and makes bank deposit receipts.
- Directs and/or coordinates slot operations to obtain optimum efficiency and economy.
- Ensures department compliance with Tribal-State Compact.
- May provide and/or coordinate training for Team Members.
- Reports to Slot Manager/Slot Shift Supervisor on day-to-day operations.
- Ability to explain how to play the machines offered in the Casino.
- Ensures cleanliness of the gaming floor.
- Ensure Proper radio etiquette.
- Keeps Team Members motivated.
- Communicates information about changes, issues, and problems through the Slot Manager/Slot Shift Supervisor.
- Awareness of gaming lights on gaming machine(s).
- Knowledge of locations for all game themes on floor.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Paying out jackpots to the guest.
