Seeking a qualified individual to fill a full-time High School teaching position.
Responsibilities:
• Presents a positive role model for students that supports the mission of the school and demonstrates behavior that is professional, ethical, and responsible.
• Delivery quality instruction to students.
• Grade coursework and provide content area feedback to encourage student learning and motivation.
• Utilize a variety of instructional methods in the individual, group, and online setting.
• Communication with students to encourage course completion and success.
• Encourage and track student attendance.
• Manage academic and behavioral needs of students.
• Provides student support services by monitoring halls, study periods, and lunchroom.
• Provide student tutoring in area(s) of certification.
• Attend Individualized Education Plan meetings.
• Attends and participates in staff development programs, faculty events and meetings, and serves on staff committees as required (teacher in-service days).
• Utilize student information database (Powerschool)
Needed:
• Ability to work with others on a team

• Communication and support through Email
• Basic skills in Microsoft software
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- AZ teaching certificate preferred
- IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Highly qualified status in at least one math content area
- High School teaching experience preferred
