Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive assistant or business analyst role within a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and business intelligence tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the management of companies and enterprises in the industry.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or Jira).
  • Advanced data analysis skills, including experience with SQL or data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP or equivalent) or Executive Assistant (e.g., CAP).
