Celtic Property Management is seeking an organized, experienced, and motivated Community Manager to lead operations at Ghost Ranch I & II, a beautiful tax credit community located in scenic Tucson, Arizona.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily operations, budgets, leasing, and compliance for this tax credit community
   
• Ensure full adherence to LIHTC regulations and HOTMA updates
   
• Supervise and motivate on-site staff to deliver top-notch resident service
   
• Drive occupancy goals and maintain a high standard of property performance
   
• Foster a positive, professional environment where residents feel valued and heard

Requirements

 What You Bring:

• 2+ years of Tax Credit / Affordable Housing Management experience
   
• Strong understanding of LIHTC compliance and resident relations
   
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
   
• Proficiency with Yardi or similar software
   
• Leadership ability to inspire a team and build a community residents are proud to call home
