Celtic Property Management is seeking an organized, experienced, and motivated Community Manager to lead operations at Ghost Ranch I & II, a beautiful tax credit community located in scenic Tucson, Arizona.
If you’re a detail-driven professional with a strong background in LIHTC compliance, team leadership, and resident satisfaction, we want to hear from you! What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily operations, budgets, leasing, and compliance for this tax credit community
- Ensure full adherence to LIHTC regulations and HOTMA updates
- Supervise and motivate on-site staff to deliver top-notch resident service
- Drive occupancy goals and maintain a high standard of property performance
- Foster a positive, professional environment where residents feel valued and heard
Requirements
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of Tax Credit / Affordable Housing Management experience
- Strong understanding of LIHTC compliance and resident relations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Yardi or similar software
- Leadership ability to inspire a team and build a community residents are proud to call home
