Job Description:

The Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and Total Productive Management (TPM) Methodology Specialist is responsible for driving AM initiatives and support TPM methodology across production areas. This role empowers operators to take ownership of equipment care, fosters a culture of continuous improvement, and ensures sustainable operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate AM training and coaching for production teams.
  • Lead 5S implementation and sustainment across all departments.
  • Support Kaizen activities focused on operator-led improvements.
  • Develop and maintain skill maps and training matrices.
  • Conduct audits to ensure adherence to AM standards.
  • Collaborate with CI and Maintenance teams to align TPM goals.
  • Track and report AM-related metrics and improvements.
  • Promote a “do it right the first time” culture.

Qualifications:
  • Experience with TPM, Lean, and 5S methodologies.
  • Strong facilitation and training skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and basic data analysis.
  • Excellent interpersonal and team-building abilities.
