Therapist Supervisor

Position: Full-Time
Location: Riverside, CA
Salary: $120,000–$130,000 annually
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
As a Therapist Supervisor, you’ll be the guiding force behind a skilled team of therapists working to deliver effective, evidence-based mental health care. You’ll oversee clinical practice, provide mentorship, and help develop systems that improve both staff performance and client outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Offer supervision, coaching, and evaluation for licensed and pre-licensed therapists.
• Ensure documentation, treatment plans, and assessments meet agency standards.
• Conduct case reviews and maintain quality across all clinical services.
• Collaborate with directors to implement training and process improvements.
• Support onboarding, compliance, and workflow management for clinical staff.

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Active California clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or PsyD).
• Minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
