We are currently looking for our Group Product Manager (m/f/d) for a permanent contract in Telford, UK for our Electrical Enclosures business including our TP&N and Panel boards product range. The role will cover the UK and Australian markets.

 

What you will do?

 Your main missions are:

  • Analyse market evolution, trends and competitors, including product benchmarking (technical & marketing)
  • Monitor product performance and propose relevant evolution and optimization
  • Manage product lifecycle, from product specification to end of life
  • Contribute to product road mapping, integrating standards evolutions and identification of relevant innovations
  • Identify customers' pain points, define the optimized value proposition (cost/benefit, search and implement possible differentiation factors (USP) and validate concepts & products with customers
  • Following customer journey for relevant targeted customer groups and apply customer centric approach in your daily activities.
  • Responsible for the full product technical & marketing specifications to be handed over to engineering
  • Responsible to make available all data, documentation, tools and training concept needed to support market launch and success of the products
  • Set and apply our standardisation strategy

 

What about you?

  • Previous experience within this specific product range is an advantage
  • You hold a degree in Electrical Engineering with experience in electrical installation, or profound experience in Low Voltage installation business.
  • You are able to effectively communicate both technical and business concepts
  • You are an excellent communicator and fluent in English skills would be a plus
  • You are enthusiastic about new technologies and innovations
  • Your team spirit and your autonomy will be necessary for this position.
  • International travel is expected.
